Key Responsibilities:
📦 Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
- Assist in purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for mining and drilling activities.
- Support supplier management processes, including sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management.
- Help maintain procurement records and documentation.
🚛 Logistics & Inventory Management
- Coordinate transportation and delivery logistics to ensure timely supply of goods.
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
📑 Administrative & Reporting Support
- Prepare purchase orders, reports, and data analysis.
- Work with different teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Support contract administration and vendor negotiations.
Who Should Apply?
🎓 Education & Background:
✅ Completed a degree or diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
🔍 Desired Skills & Competencies:
✅ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is an added advantage.
