Key Responsibilities:
📌 Data Collection & Management
- Support data collection and entry for M&E activities.
- Assist in data validation, quality checks, and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and identify trends for program improvement.
📌 M&E Support & Learning
- Work closely with health facility staff to monitor project performance.
- Assist in data quality assessments and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of M&E methodologies and frameworks.
- Provide feedback to improve data quality and program implementation.
📌 Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Collaborate with health professionals, field officers, and program teams.
- Participate in site visits and engagements with project beneficiaries.
- Support the preparation of M&E reports and presentations.
📌 Field Work & Outreach Support
- Travel to health facilities and outreach sites for data collection.
- Assist in training sessions on M&E best practices.
Who Should Apply?
✅ Education & Background:
🎓 Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
