We are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents. This role involves acquiring new customers, promoting our digital banking solutions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and acquire new customers, including sales merchants, through appointments, referrals, and direct engagement.
✅ Register customers on DCB Digital Platforms and provide training on self-service banking channels.
✅ Ensure all new accounts comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
✅ Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling banking products and services.
✅ Actively participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and events.
✅ Assist branches in identifying market trends and new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
🔹 Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
🔹 Experience: Prior experience in banking sales is an added advantage.
🔹 Skills & Competencies:
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔️ Ability to work outdoors and engage with potential clients directly.
✔️ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
✔️ Computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms.
✔️ Flexible to work beyond standard business hours.
✔️ High integrity and professionalism.
