Role Overview
As the Marketing, Customer Service, & Corporate Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for shaping TADB’s public image, driving strategic communication efforts, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. Your work will ensure that the bank remains a trusted and recognized leader in development finance while enhancing customer experience and engagement.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic execution, and adaptability to position TADB as a key player in the financial sector, aligning our brand with national development priorities.
Key Responsibilities
📢 Strategic Communication & Branding
✅ Develop and implement the bank’s communication strategy to align with its mandate.
✅ Design and execute publicity plans to increase awareness of TADB’s products and services.
✅ Coordinate internal and external communication, ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
✅ Develop impactful content that highlights TADB’s role in financing transformational projects.
🎯 Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement
✅ Organize high-impact stakeholder events to foster engagement and attract media attention.
✅ Lead the bank’s advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns to maximize outreach.
✅ Ensure TADB’s participation in national and international commemorations and events.
✅ Oversee corporate social investment initiatives, reinforcing TADB’s commitment to social responsibility.
⭐ Customer Service & Experience Management
✅ Establish and enforce customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
✅ Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring continuous service improvements.
✅ Train and equip staff with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality customer service.
✅ Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction data, developing strategies to enhance experiences.
📰 Media Monitoring & Reputation Management
✅ Track and analyze local and international news trends relevant to TADB’s mission.
✅ Identify emerging issues that could impact the bank’s public image and credibility.
📌 Additional Responsibilities
✔ Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses.
✔ Provide expert guidance on corporate affairs, public relations, and media engagement.
✔ Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Who We're Looking For
🔹 Education & Experience:
✔ Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, International Relations, Marketing, Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, or Business Administration (Marketing) from a recognized institution.
✔ 8+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or customer service, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
✔ Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, brand management, strategic marketing, and customer experience enhancement.

✔ Strong leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.
✔ Exceptional communication, presentation, and public relations skills.
✔ Experience in digital marketing, media management, and brand positioning.
✔ Strong analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and market trends.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
✔ A proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
