Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and maximizing business opportunities within assigned markets. The Sales Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Client Portfolio Management – Ensure full coverage of your designated portfolio, engaging with managerial and departmental executives to maximize productivity and business potential.
✔ Sales Strategy Execution – Develop, implement, and execute sales plans that exceed set revenue targets.
✔ Negotiation & Pricing – Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate rates for transient and group business, ensuring optimal profitability.
✔ Lead Generation & Business Development – Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for Rotana within the region.
✔ Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence – Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities through direct sales efforts, calls, and correspondence.
✔ Client Relationship Management – Maintain and update key account files, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
✔ Revenue Maximization – Uphold selling strategies, optimize upselling opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Education & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✅ Technical & Communication Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.

Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
