Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in troubleshooting technical challenges, providing proactive customer support, and facilitating the deployment of innovative solutions. Your role will also involve direct interaction with clients, making strong communication skills essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our solutions.
  • Identify system faults and implement effective repairs.
  • Install and configure hardware and software as needed.
  • Engage with customers to quickly identify and address their concerns.
  • Deliver timely and accurate feedback to clients.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and ensure successful resolution.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm their issues are fully resolved.
  • Support the implementation and roll-out of new systems and solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed procedural documentation.
  • Handle multiple cases simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Test, evaluate, and provide insights on emerging technologies.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Certification in ITIL is mandatory.
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in technical support, software design, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
