Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically analyze and expand business operations for sustainable growth.

- Develop, implement, and refine sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Research and identify new business lines based on consumer trends and behavior.
- Conduct competitor analyses to gain a competitive edge and increase market share.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
- At least 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Specialist.
- Industry-specific experience is a bonus.
- Proficient in business management systems and CRM software.
- Advanced expertise in market analysis, business growth strategies, and brand building.
- Demonstrated success in identifying lucrative business opportunities and engaging potential clients.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience closing high-value deals.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
