Position Overview
Usangu Logistics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior HR Assistant, you will:
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle time and attendance tracking, ensuring accurate records.
- Address employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Administer leave management and exit formalities.
- Maintain organized employee records in the HRIS.
- Assist in training coordination and development programs.
- Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the Performance Management System (PMS).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Practical experience with MS Office tools.
- Strong knowledge in areas such as recruitment, training, and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems and HR best practices.
- Work experience: 2-4 years in a similar role.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
