Steps to Check HESLB Loan Allocation Status 2024/2025

 

1. Open your browser:

   • Use any device (phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop) and open a web browser.

2. Go to the HESLB OLAMS Website:

   • Visit the HESLB’s Online Loan Application System (OLAMS) by clicking or typing the following link: https://olas.heslb.go.tz.

3. Login to Your OLAMS Account:

   • On the homepage, click on “Login for Registered Applicants.” This will take you to a new page where you’ll be prompted to enter your login details.

4. Enter Your Login Information:

   • Form Four Index Number: Example - S0143.0078.1990 (enter as it appears on your form four results).
   • Password: This is the password you created during your account registration.
   • Security Code: Enter the code as shown on the login page.

5. Access Your Dashboard:

   • Once logged in, you’ll see your OLAMS dashboard.

6. Check Loan Allocation Status:

   • On the dashboard, look for the option labeled “Allocation Status.” Click on it.
   • If you have been allocated a loan, you will see the amount of loan awarded to you. You will also receive a notification stating, “Congratulations, you have been allocated a loan.”

Loan Status Results

• If Loan is Allocated:
  • A message will appear congratulating you on the allocation, along with the amount of the loan granted.
• If No Loan is Allocated:
  • You will receive a notification stating that no loan has been allocated to you. You can check for further details or updates in your dashboard.

• Remember, this is a loan that will need to be repaid after your studies. Be sure to use the funds responsibly as intended for your education.
