Position: Retail Sales Manager                                                                                                     Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Duration: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise retail shops and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Plan and coordinate all sales activities to meet monthly goals.
  • Monitor the sales team's performance and provide reports.
  • Conduct monthly monitoring and auditing of product stock levels.
  • Ensure timely deposit of sales cash from shops by cross-checking accounts.
  • Resolve team feedback, issues, and conflicts.
  • Follow up on payments for credit purchases and manage defaulters.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the Director.
  • Use sales software as a tool for monitoring daily activities.
  • Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve peak performance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Agribusiness, Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Ability to make creative decisions.
  • Willingness to relocate or travel across regions for sales activities.
