Key Responsibilities:
As a Land Surveyor and Town Planner at Mkumbi Investment Company Ltd, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting land boundary data for research, planning, approval, and surveying processes.
- Operating advanced surveying instruments and equipment such as RTK machines for staking out and coordinating land property boundaries.
- Preparing plot maps for future developments.
- Solving land disputes and ensuring accurate boundary delineation.
- Erecting beacons to mark land boundaries.
- Compiling files for registration and submission to relevant authorities.
- Supporting the company's broader goals with related fieldwork and technical expertise.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Land Surveyor: Diploma or Degree in Geomatics or a related field.
- Town Planner: Diploma or Degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
- At least two years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software for land data collection and planning.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in handling land disputes.
