Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to ensure superior execution and maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to enhance market penetration.
  • Drive profitability by ensuring performance aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify and address sales and marketing challenges through strategic decision-making.

🔹 Strategic Planning & Market Growth

  • Develop and roll out customer segmentation strategies for targeted market expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to maintain market leadership.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create customer-centric sales programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth.

🔹 Operational Excellence & Team Development

  • Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure effective management of third-party distributors and sales force effectiveness.
  • Oversee merchandising management and Point of Sale (POS) execution.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture to optimize sales force remuneration structures.

🔹 Revenue & Performance Management

  • Own and manage regional profit and loss to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Track and measure sales targets daily, taking corrective action when needed.
  • Ensure proper demand planning, asset management, and promotional execution.
  • Lead key projects and initiatives that contribute to the company’s overall growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
📌 7–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management, particularly in FMCG.
📌 Proven track record in a Sales role focused on capability building and strategic execution.
📌 Experience in multiple regions will be a plus.
