Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Dodoma & Singida

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional to join our Sales Department. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products and services to identify opportunities.
- Design and oversee impactful marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets and timelines for marketing activities.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Media Department on content and campaigns.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
- Drive awareness of the company’s products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle client complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Negotiate deals and contracts with clients.
- Gather and utilize client feedback to refine strategies.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing Executive role or a similar position.
- Strong understanding of marketing tactics and strategies.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an advantage.
- Highly organized and results-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
