Position Overview
We are seeking a Laboratory Attendant (Casual) to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate will support laboratory operations by maintaining equipment, performing quality control tasks, and leveraging their analytical and technical skills. Effective communication within the lab setting is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting routine quality control activities to ensure product compliance.
- Proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Supporting analytical procedures and maintaining detailed records.
- Assisting in laboratory operations and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve laboratory objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate in Laboratory Attendant studies or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures and equipment handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
