Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in business volumes, customer base, and wallet share.
  • Ensure personal competence for effective performance of relationship management tasks.
  • Consistently adhere to established policies, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency, compliance, and cost containment.
  • Mitigate risks associated with KYC, AML, and portfolio maintenance.
  • Manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality service.

Competence Requirements

  • Technical expertise to perform relationship management tasks at high-quality standards.
  • Proven sales skills for prospecting and closing business opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate Banking and other relevant banking products.
  • Effective application of banking policies, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Self-driven with strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Professional qualifications such as Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (or equivalent) are preferred.
  • An MBA is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated success.
