Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in business volumes, customer base, and wallet share.
- Ensure personal competence for effective performance of relationship management tasks.
- Consistently adhere to established policies, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency, compliance, and cost containment.
- Mitigate risks associated with KYC, AML, and portfolio maintenance.
- Manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality service.

Competence Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective business networks and manage customer expectations.
- Technical expertise to perform relationship management tasks at high-quality standards.
- Proven sales skills for prospecting and closing business opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Banking and other relevant banking products.
- Effective application of banking policies, processes, and compliance standards.
- Self-driven with strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, or Marketing.
- Professional qualifications such as Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (or equivalent) are preferred.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated success.
