Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient processes and continuous improvement. You'll oversee critical areas such as Engineering, Safety Health Environment & Quality (SHEQ), and Utilities, while working closely with other departments to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Manufacturing Operations: Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including safety, productivity, and customer service objectives.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow and long-term performance improvement.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop business plans, manage budgets, and ensure all manufacturing assets are maintained at optimal productivity.
- Health & Safety Culture: Drive a safe and engaged workforce, fostering a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years of relevant corporate experience, with at least 5 years in senior management.
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering results in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
