Chama cha Uzazi na Malezi Bora Tanzania (UMATI), a leading organization in providing youth-friendly SRHR services, is offering a Consultancy Opportunity for the Endline Evaluation of its “Strengthening Young People’s Voice for Access to Integrated SRH Services” project. This project, implemented in Morogoro and Iringa, aims to improve access to comprehensive SRH services for young people and women.
Project Overview
The project focuses on empowering youth and women-led organizations to advocate for better SRHR access. It seeks to eliminate social, legal, and institutional barriers, ensuring that all young people, particularly adolescent girls and young women, can access essential health services.
Key Objectives of the Endline Evaluation
- Measure the impact of the project on SRHR services and access.
- Analyze the effectiveness of advocacy efforts by youth-led organizations.
- Identify improvements in service quality and accessibility.
- Provide data-driven insights for future policy and advocacy strategies.
Requirements for the Consultant
UMATI is looking for a consultant with:
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of SRHR and experience working with communities.
- An advanced degree in public health, population studies, or community health.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Timeline & Application
The endline evaluation will take place from October to December 2024. Interested candidates should submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by November 1, 2024, including a proposed budget, work plan, and CV.
