Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading an integrated channel strategy that includes both physical and electronic distribution channels. The focus will be on branch network optimization, customer acquisition, and growth through various banking services like Direct Sales and Prestige Premier Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a customer network and sales strategy.
- Optimize physical and digital channels, including ATMs, branches, and mobile banking.
- Manage the centralized Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM) unit to retain customers.
- Drive digital adoption, including mobile and internet banking services.
- Align branch strategies with business goals and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the banking industry.
- Proven track record in managing branch distribution strategies.
- In-depth understanding of ABSA Group's business model and local environment.
- Project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with an MBA preferred.
