Your Role as Commercial Manager
As a key player in our leadership team, you will:
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive import and export revenue
✅ Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives
✅ Build and strengthen customer relationships through strategic engagement
✅ Manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
✅ Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline through our CRM system
✅ Collaborate with HQ, regional teams, and operations to enhance customer experience
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
✔ 10–15 years of experience in trade, sales, and marketing (preferably in container shipping, logistics, or liner industry)
✔ Proven expertise in customer relationship management & port operations
✔ Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
✔ Excellent negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
